I made a payment, but my services have not been restored.

Were your WiFi on the Go services suspended due to a missed payment, but you've since made a payment? Unfortunately restoring a suspended line is not as simple as flicking a switch, and requires action from T-Mobile directly.

Typically once your payment has cleared in our system, we will put in a request with T-Mobile to restore your line. If your payment was made in the morning, your service should be restored by the end of business that day.

If your services have not been restored within 24 hours (not including weekends), please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
