How do I see how much I've raised in the Loyalty program?

After setting up your Loyalty Need, it's always helpful to be able to check-in and see how it's going! Here's a step-by-step guide to check on your received donations to date:

  1. After logging into the Platform, select the drop-down arrow next to Needs from the left-hand menu and click Donations.
  2. The menu tabs at the top of the table are separated by Standard Need Donations, Featured Need Donations, Featured Need W/Units Donations, and Honorarium Donations. Depending on what category your need falls under it will be under one of those section tabs.

Note: The date selection in the top right corner of the page also allows you to filter the donations by date. Just be careful the dates aren’t overlapping. The table can also be exported to an Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheet using the Export button in the top right corner.
