How do I reactivate my service?

Need to re-enroll, sign back up or restart your service? We can help.

Sometimes things happen - credit cards expire or payment methods get mixed up.  And then sometimes service gets suspended when the payment method doesn't work.  Or maybe you had to cancel for a bit due to something unexpected.  

Fortunately, it is super easy to get things humming again.  To reactivate service, just sign back up exactly like you did the first time.  You can always go to and find your school system.  Then hit WiFi on the Go and you will be in the right place.  When you sign up, our system will tell us that you already have a hotspot and we can get it reactivated for you as soon as that payment is reinstated.  Just a bit later and you will be back to surfing and streaming just like before!
