How do I reactivate my service?

Need to re-enroll, sign back up or restart your service? We can help.

Sometimes things happen - credit cards expire or payment methods get mixed up.  And then sometimes service gets suspended when the payment method doesn't work.  Or maybe you had to cancel for a bit due to something unexpected.  

Fortunately, it is super easy to get things humming again.  To reactivate service, just sign back up exactly like you did the first time.  You can always go to and then scroll down and click on your state and then find your school system. Then hit the WiFi on the Go tab at the top and you will be in the right place.  When you sign up, our system will tell us that you already have a hotspot and we can get it reactivated for you as soon as that payment is reinstated.  Just a bit later and you will be back to surfing and streaming just like before!

Please be aware that any previous enrollments will need to be cancelled through PayPal or the billing portal via your Customer ID to ensure the payment doesn't come out twice. We are unable to give refunds for this service as it is a donation directly to the school.
