ConnectEdge is an innovative telecommunications and connectivity program created by LeanStream in partnership with T-Mobile.

About ConnectEdge


ConnectEdge is a unique telecommunications and connectivity program created by LeanStream Wireless in partnership with T-Mobile. The Program is focused on enhancing access to affordable, reliable internet and cellular phone services for LeanStream’s partner organizations and their stakeholders. As an employee, student or student-family, alumni or eligible member of a LeanStream partner organization, we are excited to make this program available to you. The ConnectEdge phone plans provide subscribers with unlimited talk, text, data, and 11GBs of hotspot service. Oh, and the phones are free of charge with no long-term contracts!

The ConnectEdge Wifi on the Go provides subscribers with a portable HotSpot device and unlimited nationwide wireless internet. The HotSpot is battery powered, completely portable, and capable of supporting multiple users (and devices) at one time. Use your HotSpot to surf, study or stream at home or ‘on the go’.

Establishing Your Subscription


Subscribing to ConnectEdge is easy. Simply complete your enrollment and submit your initial subscription payment. Note, your initial subscription payment will include a one-time activation and processing fee as outlined in the Your Rate section. All subsequent payments will only include your monthly service cost. Once your subscription is processed, your device will ship direct to your doorstep. Equipment typically arrives within 3-5 business days. Your subscription payments will process automatically each month. There is no need to login to your account to make a payment … simply set it and forget it.

Subscriptions must be established using a bank debit or credit card account. Subscriptions established using prepaid cards, cash app cards, or other form of payment may be cancelled and refunded at the discretion of LeanStream. New program subscriptions by an account holder with terminated or delinquent accounts (that were not active for at least six (6) months from the initial enrollment date and for which the corresponding handset device and/or other equipment was not returned) will be first applied to any such delinquencies in order of the earliest instance.

In order to foster a truly unique and sustainable experience for eligible subscribers, ConnectEdge Program participation is currently limited to three (3) lines per subscriber / family / address.

Manage Your Subscription


To change your payment method, update payment information, or restore, cancel or suspend your subscription, contact LeanStream Wireless at (833) 943-4463 | info@leanstreamrp.com any time Monday through Friday 8AM – 5PM CST. Note: There are no long-term contracts required to participate in ConnectEdge. However, subscriptions cancelled within six (6) months of the initial enrollment date are subject to a one-time equipment non-return fee equal to $39.99 times the number of months between the cancellation / suspension date and the 6-month anniversary of initial enrollment.

New program subscriptions by an account holder with terminated or delinquent accounts (that were not active for at least six (6) months from the initial enrollment date and for which the corresponding handset device and/or other equipment was not returned) will be first applied to any such delinquencies in order of the earliest instance. Handset and other equipment can be returned to LeanStream’s fulfillment office located at: 4950 Corporate Drive NW, Suite 115 Huntsville, Alabama 35805

Service Availability & Coverage


ConnectEdge phone, data, text, and/or internet services are provided by T-Mobile Corporation. If the T-Mobile network does not offer adequate cellular coverage at your intended location of use, performance may be limited. Before enrolling in the Program, we encourage you to confirm T-Mobile’s coverage in your area. (Confirm T-Mobile coverage Here). The Program is subscription-based and does not provide partial or prorated refunds or other reimbursements for mid-cycle cancellations or suspensions, ordinary and customary shipping periods, or failure to follow re-enrollment and/or cancellation procedures on the part of the subscriber.

Keep Your Current Phone Number


Want to keep your current phone number? No problem! As long as your existing mobile service is eligible for porting, we can move it right over to your new rate plan on your new phone. Before enrolling in the Program, we encourage you to confirm eligibility for porting, Click Here. Once your ConnectEdge subscription is processed, you will receive an email confirmation from LeanStream. The confirmation email will include guidance on the porting process. So, look for those instructions and we'll get you taken care of. Attention legacy Sprint customers:

At this time, the ConnectEdge program does not support porting / migration of phone numbers from legacy Sprint accounts. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience. Attention Metro PCS customers: At this time, the ConnectEdge program does not support porting / migration of phone numbers from Metro PCS accounts. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

Program Limitations & Compliance


In order to foster a truly unique and sustainable experience for eligible subscribers, ConnectEdge Program participation is currently limited to three (3) lines per subscriber / family / address. The products, services and rate plans available via ConnectEdge are intended for private, non-commercial use solely by eligible stakeholders of LeanStream Connectivity clients. Beyond providing affordable connectivity solutions, LeanStream exerts every effort to ensure sustainability of its programs, product offerings and services, and to provide exception customer service and support. In furtherance of these efforts, LeanStream enforces certain limitations on use of its programs.

LeanStream reviews each order for compliance with this policy and may, in its sole discretion, refuse to process orders suspected of non-compliance herewith. In such instances, LeanStream reserves the right to cancel the subscription, refund a portion of the corresponding payment, and close the account without further action. Subscriptions cancelled by LeanStream pursuant to compliance review may be subject to an administrative fee of up to $9.99. Refunds provided pursuant to compliance review may take up to fifteen (15) days to process and may be discounted by the administrative fee. There are no long-term contracts required to participate in the Program. However, if Program subscriptions are cancelled within six (6) months of the initial enrollment date, the subscriber agrees to return the handset device and/or any other equipment provided in conjunction with the Program to LeanStream’s fulfillment office at 4950 Corporate Drive NW, Suite 115 Huntsville, Alabama 35805. The cost of return shipping shall be paid by the subscriber.  Upon event of early termination of service, whether due to subscription cancellation or subscription delinquency, subscriber will be charged, agrees to pay, and hereby authorizes LeanStream to charge to the payment method on file an equipment fee in an amount not to exceed $49.99 times the number of months remaining between cancellation date and the 6-month anniversary of initial enrollment, the balance of which will be assessed at a daily rate of $1.64.  Upon receipt of subscriber's returned equipment in good and working condition, the balance of the equipment fee collected will be refunded to subscriber.   

New program subscriptions by an account holder with terminated or delinquent accounts (that were not active for at least six (6) months from the initial enrollment date and for which the corresponding handset device and/or other equipment was not returned) will be first applied to any such delinquencies in order of the earliest instance. Subscriptions must be established using a bank debit or credit card account. LeanStream does not accept subscription payments initiated using prepaid debit cards.

Other Terms, Conditions and Disclosures


General.  The ConnectEdge Program (“Program”) is offered and administered by LeanStream Resource Partners, LLC, (“LeanStream”) a limited liability company.  The Program is offered as a unique accommodation to qualifying individuals and their respective family members.  LeanStream reserves the right to deny provision of service and / or equipment under the Program to individuals or other entities that do not meet Program eligibility qualifications. LeanStream reserves the right to limit the number of Program enrollments per individual.

Subscriptions & Remittances.  Program enrollment and continuity of service requires an active subscription through LeanStream’s web-based enrollment portal(s).  Upon initial enrollment, payment subscriptions are established between the subscriber and LeanStreams third-party payment processor.  Subscription payments are drafted monthly on or about the same day of each month based on the subscriber’s indicated method of payment.  The subscriber has ability to manage his/her indicated method of payment at any time and shall remain solely responsible for non-payment and/or subscription failure due to provision of inaccurate information, insufficient funds, or any other circumstance which causes failure of payment remittance on the subscription due date.  In the event of subscription failure or payment delinquency, LeanStream reserves the right, in its discretion, to temporarily suspend or cancel the corresponding service line.

ISP | Program Performance
During congestion, customers using >50GB/mo. may notice reduced speeds until next bill cycle due to data deprioritization. Video typically streams on smartphone/tablet at DVD quality (480p). Video streams at up to 1.5Mbps. Optimization may affect speed of video downloads; does not apply to video uploads. For best performance, leave any video streaming applications at their default automatic resolution setting. Optional educational filtering may prevent some video streaming or other content. Not for extended international use; primary usage must occur on our network. Device must register on the T-Mobile network before international use. Service may be terminated or restricted for excessive roaming. T-Mobile is not responsible for partners’ networks.  Coverage not available in some areas. Network Management: Service may be slowed, suspended, terminated, or restricted for misuse, abnormal use, interference with our network or ability to provide quality service to other users, or significant roaming.
